With three decades of experience in leadership, business, ministry, counseling, and coaching, Cathy brings a powerful blend of practical strategy, prophetic insight, and transformational wisdom. After more than two decades in the beauty and wellness industry as a licensed aesthetician, Brandie made a midlife pivot into ministry and broadcasting, hosting radio shows and leading gatherings where Scripture, real talk, and worship collide.
Known for her warmth, humor, and refreshing honesty, Brandie creates spaces where women can finally exhale. She has a unique gift for helping women recognize the blind spots, lies, and patterns that quietly keep them from the freedom, peace, and purpose God has for them, through biblical truth and a deep sensitivity to God's leading.

WHY THE NAME?
Diamonds aren't found.
They're formed.
While ministering in Asia, Cathy met a remarkable woman named Diamond. In a culture that often pushed women to the margins, Diamond walked into villages, preached the gospel, and planted churches most people never thought to risk. Her impact didn't stop with her. She mentored a growing circle of women evangelists who came to be known as Diamond's Daughters, carrying that same boldness into their own villages and their own calling. Together with her husband, Diamond helped establish hundreds of churches, a foundation her son later expanded into thousands.
Diamond has since gone to be with the Lord. But a legacy like hers doesn't end. It multiplies.
This cohort carries her name because Diamond didn't just lead; she raised up leaders who carried the call further than she ever could alone. Like her, we want to live lives fully obedient to what God has called us to and leave something behind that will keep thriving long after we're gone.
